We would like to warmly welcome you to our brand new website. With a focus on customer satisfaction and ease of use, we have created a website that we think you will really enjoy. As we transition from ICC Floors to ICC Home, we wanted to include several features that make your home project more efficient and an easy to navigate the site. In this article, we are going to highlight some of the key components of our new website as well as how to use it. Let’s take a look!

Design Resources:

Our design resources section provides you with everything you need for a design project. From quizzes to discover your style to personalized workbooks to house all of your project designs and ideas, we will guide you through the must-know features found in Design Resources:

My Workbook. One of our all-time favorite features of the new website is the design workbook. The design workbook allows you to personalize your project by saving your favorite products, styles, and colors on our website. Later on, you can revisit your design workbook and explore the various products you saved.
Interactive Quizzes. If you are not quite sure on what you exactly want, you can take one of our lifestyle or style quizzes to find what products would work well for you. These quizzes were designed by experts with the consumer in mind to help you find exactly what you want.
Virtual Room Designer. We believe that sometimes “seeing is believing,” and with the use of our virtual room design tool, you can create beautiful room scenes with our product selection. Afterward, you can save the rooms to the “My Favorite Rooms” section for instant viewing.
Design Your Room. If you are working on a design project and want to see what a product would look like in your space, you will absolutely love the “design your room” feature. In this tool, you take a digital picture of your room and upload it. Within 48 hours, you will be able to decorate your own room with our Virtual Room Designer. You can see different flooring and paint colors to create the perfect design.
Ask Our Expert. Are you searching for advice from a professional? If so, the “Ask Our Expert” feature is the perfect solution for you. We provide expert advice for your flooring project.

Shop at Home:

Life gets busy, and sometimes we do not necessarily have the time to make it to the store. With your busy lifestyle in mind, we created our Shop at Home service. We make the shopping process easy for you by coming right to your home with quality samples. This convenient in-home consultation is perfect for busy homeowners who want to begin their design project but do not have time to visit the store. If you are interested in booking, you can fill out our appointment card, and we will get back to you promptly.

The History of ICC

ICC Floors (ICC) is an award-winning flooring company based in Indianapolis, Indiana founded in 1998. Between school years, both Cameron Haughey and Nate Roberts worked in the construction field. Those jobs lead to a passion for helping others obtain the best possible experience; they were able to achieve this throughout their new construction or remodel projects. After graduating, from Indiana University, Cameron and Nate scraped together $1,000 and decided to go into business on their own. Their dedication to customer service and developing quality relationships with clients have helped them earn and maintain a strong reputation within the community and industry. Almost three years ago, ICC Floors became the only one in the state to get unanimously voted into the National Flooring Alliance (NFA). The NFA is one of the most prestigious flooring alliances in the United States.

Flooring is such an integral aspect of everyone’s life; it is products that are walked on and/or seen on a daily basis. It is crucial customers ultimately end up with the ideal floor for their needs. The employees at ICC are trained in grasping a well-rounded idea of what the customer is looking for and direct them to appropriate products. It is not about simply selling products. They just recently opened up their third location in Westfield, IN that showcases Benjamin Moore’s wide array of paint and supplies. Additionally, they are displaying the hottest trends in carpet, hardwood, laminate and tile. With locations in Castleton, Carmel, and Westfield, the client is able to go to the location that is more convenient for them.
